SINTEG Systems
SINTEG Systems develops guided wave ultrasonic inspection technology that detects kissing bonds, weak adhesive interfaces and other defects in composite structures that conventional NDT methods cannot reliably find, deployable as a handheld device or on robotic platforms across manufacturing, maintenance and in-service inspection for aerospace, defence and maritime customers.
SINTEG Systems is a TU Delft spin-off developing inspection technology for composite structures. Our guided wave ultrasonic system detects defects and bond quality issues that conventional NDT methods cannot reliably find, including kissing bonds and weak adhesive interfaces, without disassembly or coupling media. Deployable as a handheld device or integrated into robotic platforms, the technology is applicable across manufacturing, maintenance, and in-service inspection. SINTEG works with aerospace, defence, and maritime customers where structural confidence is critical. We are a NATO DIANA 2026 cohort participant and a JEC World 2026 Startup Booster finalist.
