Growth, innovation & strategic collaboration
On 25 June 2026, the NAG-LRN General Members’ Assembly brought members together for an afternoon of updates, strategic discussions and valuable exchanges on the future of the Dutch aerospace and aviation sector. Later that day, NAG-LRN officially became AeroNL with the launch of its new name and brand identity.
Following registration and lunch, the formal meeting opened with a warm welcome to three new member companies: Cato Composites, Loxam and SINTEG Systems B.V. Their addition further strengthens the diversity and expertise of the NAG-LRN network.
During the meeting, members approved the minutes of the previous General Members’ Assembly and received updates from the Board and the NAG-LRN office. The 2025 annual accounts were presented, alongside a progress report on the association’s activities and an outlook for 2026.
Several strategic developments were discussed, including the ongoing integration of LRN into NAG and the role of the Advisory Council in supporting this process. Members were also informed about the annual and strategic plans of the Account Managers and the latest developments within the Start-ups & Venture Lab, reflecting NAG-LRN’s continued commitment to innovation and business development.
A key milestone presented during the Assembly was the launch of the NAG × EFC Associated Partnership, marking a new chapter in European collaboration. The partnership strengthens the connection between NAG-LRN and EFC, creating new opportunities for members to expand their international networks, exchange knowledge and collaborate on shared priorities across the European aerospace ecosystem. This strategic alliance reinforces the association’s ambition to support its members beyond national borders and further enhance the sector’s international competitiveness.
International market development remained an important focus, with updates on the strategic market approach for France, Germany and the United Kingdom, as well as the Aerospace Strategic Compass, outlining priorities for the years ahead.
The meeting also included an update from Young NAG, highlighting initiatives to engage and connect the next generation of professionals within the industry.
The General Members’ Assembly concluded with an open discussion, giving members the opportunity to ask questions, share insights and contribute to the future direction of the association. The afternoon once again demonstrated the value of bringing the NAG-LRN community together to strengthen collaboration, drive innovation and strengthen the Dutch aerospace and aviation sector at both national and European level.
