Passenger Terminal Expo Asia (PTE Asia) 2027
Passenger Terminal Expo Asia returns to Singapore on 24 and 25 November 2027. The show brings together airport authorities and operators, civil aviation authorities, airlines, investors and airport planners from across the Asia-Pacific region.
AeroNL plans to host a Dutch Pavilion at the 2027 edition, and we would like to hear whether your organisation wants to be part of it. We would also like to hear from organisations that want to join the PIB Malaysia cluster.
In September 2026, AeroNL exhibited with a Dutch pavilion at the first edition of PTE Asia, as part of a mission to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore with a delegation of Dutch organisations. The response to the pavilion exceeded our expectations, and the visits and meetings in Malaysia gave us a clear view of the developments, ambitions and opportunities shaping aviation in the region.
A Dutch Pavilion gives our sector a shared and recognisable presence on the show floor. Visitors meet several Dutch organisations in one place instead of having to find them one by one, and every exhibitor benefits from the attention the pavilion draws as a whole. Because we book the floor space as one group, the combined volume helps us secure a strong location, and AeroNL members exhibit at a discounted rate. We arrange the pavilion itself, from the floor space and the stand to the practical side of exhibiting abroad, so that you can concentrate on your own programme. Funding and subsidy arrangements are for each organisation to look after itself. Further details of the programme will follow as soon as they are known.
Whether the pavilion goes ahead depends on the commitment of Dutch organisations. Exhibiting involves costs, and we cannot yet name a rate, because it depends on the number of organisations taking part and on the options available to us at the show. We will share the figures as soon as they are known. What we ask of you now is an early signal.
The 2026 mission and pavilion were part of the Partners for International Business (PIB) Malaysia Airport Development Cluster, for which AeroNL signed the covenant together with RVO, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency. Through the PIB programme, Dutch industry, knowledge institutions and government partners join forces to strengthen their position in the Malaysian aviation market and to create long-term opportunities for collaboration and sustainable growth. We are keen to broaden the cluster. Does your organisation have a solution, technology or expertise that can contribute to airport development in Malaysia and the wider region? Then we would like to hear from you.
Please let us know before the end of 2026 whether your organisation would like to exhibit on the pavilion, join the PIB cluster, or both. We look forward to presenting the Dutch airport and aviation sector in Singapore together again.
